Main responsibilities:

  • Understand and articulate the clients offering, features, benefits and the markets to which they are to be applied
  • Identify and qualify organisations matching the clients ideal customer profile and values
  • Position and propose the correct product offering to match customer requirements, placing this in the context of the business case, clearly articulating the case for investment
  • Build, review, and adapt an 18-month strategic plan for customers and non-customers, that details how you will meet your objectives
  • Develop effective meeting plans, creating and documenting appropriate agendas and objectives
  • Build new and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders across an organisation matrix
  • Liase with the technical teams to demonstrate that the clients software will meet the technical requirements
  • Working alongside the clients technical teams, manage the implementation of projects
  • Maintain accurate usage records, ensuring the client is clear on the benefits and ROI being delivered
  • Use this data to accurately forecast Licence and Services revenue growth
  • Promote collaboration across the sector by connecting members of the clients Community
  • Provide feedback internally on market state, trends and competitor activity to shape the clients offering
  • Manage your time effectively and prioritise to ensure tasks and projects are completed to a high quality and on time
  • Be diligent, keep accurate records such as bookings, contact reports, customer reviews, project plans and documentation
