Property Investment Consultant

Wetherby

£27,500-£32,500 plus commission

Invigorate Recruitment is working with its well-established client in Wetherby to recruit a Property Investment Consultant.

As the Property Investment Consultant, you will manage inbound enquiries and respond to warm leads via various communication channels. The focus is on understanding investor objectives, initiating contact with new investors, and onboarding qualified individuals. Build and maintain strong client relationships, discussing sales leads with the management team, and address customer inquiries.

Key responsibilities for the Property Investment Consultant:

  • Managing inbound enquiries and efficiently responding to warm leads using all means of communication i.e. telephone, email, and other social medium’s
  • Understanding investor objectives, and responding appropriately, by calling new investors to understand their criteria and onboard them as a qualified investor.
  • Providing email proposals with in-depth information on the investment opportunities available.
  • Occasional face to face meetings within the UK
  • Attending and participating in investor seminar events
  • Connecting high net worth individuals and selling properties in the UK market
  • Having a core sales focus, matching up property investment opportunities to the right investor and get them committed to the purchase.
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Close property investment deals to a mix of clients and investors
  • Researching and being aware of the businesses property portfolio
  • Proactively sell to investors
  • Answer investor inquiries relating to both our services and individual properties.
  • Actively seek to guide investors towards partner services such as Finance and solicitors.
  • Carry out research and prepare material for investors to ensure opportunities are maximised, showcasing knowledge.
  • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong sales skills and ability to negotiate are essential.
  • Ability to build rapport with others in a short period of time, finding common ground and being able to genuinely connect with people.
  • Strong communication skills, ensuring everyone is communicated with thoroughly and efficiently throughout all processes.
  • Positive mindset and upbeat attitude, bringing value to both clients and the sales team.
  • Experience within sales is essential, however a positive attitude to picking up the phone and communicating with people is key.
  • Competency with numbers, being able to effectively work out prices, yields, and discounts (training for which will be provided as required)
  • Strong organisational skills and efficiency required
  • Knowledge within the property industry preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and analyse information / financial figures
