Invigorate Recruitment is working with its client in Wetherby to recruit a Trainee Sales Negotiator where you will be tasked with generating interest among existing leads within a CRM system.

Working alongside a team of property consultants, the focus will be addressing inquiries from motivated vendors who express interest in receiving an offer for their property sale. With an objective to engage them and offer services.

Primarily responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, specifically by attending to vendors' requirements and needs with a professional, high-quality approach that distinguishes the business from competitors.

Prompt response to customer inquiries and timely communication with relevant stakeholders regarding property-related issues are key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attempt to reach out to warm leads within an in-house system who have a presence in the database.
  • Contact warm leads via phone calls, emails, or SMS to establish communication.
  • Obtain comprehensive information from vendors.
  • Complete in-house forms and inform customers that they will be contacted.
  • Develop relationships with potential customers as well as cultivate and sustain customer relationships.
  • Maintain client files and handle general administrative tasks.
  • Handle incoming inquiries.
  • Conduct research on the market value of properties nationwide.
  • Gather property information to propose sensible offers.
  • Ensure all offers are approved by the line manager before presenting them to the client.
  • Maintain continuous communication with vendors to manage expectations and provide updates on purchase progress.
  • Utilize the in-house 3-step process to schedule appointments for regional managers to visit properties.
  • Identify opportunities to refer leads to other divisions of the business including auction.
  • Cleanse data and follow up on inquiries from the CRM system.
  • Any ad hoc responsibilities

Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent telephone manner and?ability to build rapport
  • Strong?organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to overcome objections
  • Computer literate
  • Proactive?
  • Basic knowledge of the property market (preferred)
  • Sales Experience (preferred)
