This pivotal role encompasses the management of all marketing, events, external communication and sales, contributing to the strategic leadership and long-term business plan.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Provide strategic and operational direction for the Marketing function.
  • Line manage and support a team of 4.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of a new CRM system to support a paperless admissions process and ensure GDPR compliance.
  • Foster trusted relationships with families, reflecting the businesses compassion and ethos through an exceptional customer journey.
  • Develop and manage the branding, ensuring consistency with the business mission and values.
  • Create and execute a comprehensive marketing and communication plan across various channels.
  • Engage and retain parent commitment through an effective internal communications strategy.
  • Produce and deliver marketing materials and manage events.
  • Build relationships with feeder schools and local businesses, identifying new market opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within marketing.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and practices, with a track record of developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement marketing plans.
  • Experience in event management and building relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Budget management and reporting experience.
