Our client a recently refurbished luxury Hotel, in Whitby is seeking a Breakfast Chef de Partie (CDP). The hotel stands out as a luxury accommodations leader and looks to be at the forefront of award-winning dining. The client is offering a salary between £30,000 to £32,000 plus tronc depending on experience with a range of additional benefits!
What Does the Role Entail?
Step into a pivotal role as a passionate and hands-on Breakfast Chef lead, you'll be the main lead working 5 days a week covering the full breakfast spread for the client. You'll be the main force leading breakfast at one of the main restaurant teams, ensuring operational excellence in the Client's renowned site. You'll play a vital role in maintaining high standards, contributing to the world of fine dining with dedicated approach to customer care and service. An AA rosette head chef leads the client's two restaurants, and they will teach you creativity, precision, and excellence in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What skills will you have?
Ideally, you will have prior experience in a similar role as a senior breakfast Chef within the luxury hotel sector, to give you an understanding of the industry's specific demands. While appreciating tradition, you should exhibit a forward-thinking mindset and adaptability to the demands of a high-volume operation. Your proven expertise in Restaurant practices, including organisational skills, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skill-set, will be key to your success. A creative and innovative mindset, with exceptional communication, are qualities the client values in the ideal candidate.
