Senior Sous Chef Position - Full-Time (48 Hours/Week)
Salary: £40,000 Annually + Service Charge Share + KPI Bonus Scheme

Located in a charming coastal village in the North Yorkshire area, our client's hotel is currently undergoing a significant multimillion pound renovation and development project. This venue is set to become a luxurious wellness sanctuary with exquisite interiors, a high-end spa and gym, exclusive lodges, and superior dining experiences.

As this property transitions into a premier destination for luxury hospitality, we are in search of a skilled Senior Sous Chef to support their highly acclaimed Head Chef in managing and leading the kitchen operations. This pivotal role offers the excitement of working in a newly modernised, state of the art kitchen at a renowned hotel with diverse food offerings. The right candidate will also have the opportunity to take on a head chef position with the next 12 -18 months so candidates must be ambitious.

We are specifically looking for candidates with either 3 rosette or 1 Michelin background in order to play a pivotal part in the development of the new fine dining restaurant which will be offering a 10 course taster menu.

We also have roles available for a JNR SOUS CHEF, CHEF DE PARTIE, HEAD PASTRY CHEF AND BREAKFAST CHEF. Please ask for details on these roles.
