Sales Coordinator
Whitstable
£25,000 - £26,000 per annum depending on experience
Monday - Thursday 08:45 to 17:00 and Friday - 08:45 to 16:30
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our client, a busy and growing manufacturing company based in Whitstable.
This role is a full-time position working Monday - Thursday 08:45 to 17:00 and Friday - 08:45 to 16:30.
Responsibilities
- Dealing with emails and incoming telephone calls
- Processing offers to customers
- Maintaining sales records and compiling monthly sales reports
- Processing orders on the system
- General administrative tasks
- Other duties as deemed necessary
Skills and Experience
- Experience working in a similar role in a busy environment
- A well-organised and effective administrator, with a keen eye for detail
- A confident and professional manner both by phone and email
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience maintaining good client relationships
