I am currently working with a well established law firm based in Whitstable. My client is a strong regional firm with multiple offices across Kent. This particular role is for someone NQ - 3PQE looking for the next step in their career. The Real Estate team works on a broad range of commercial property matters and they are looking at expanding their department currently. Within this role your tasks will include freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, property aspects of finance/lending and options.
