Position: Assistant Project Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Pay rate: 240 - 300 per day (PSC payment possible)

The company:

A multi-disciplined design & build main contractor specialising in delivering new build schemes in the residential and care sectors.

The role:

As the Assistant Project Surveyor you will be working under a Snr Quantity Surveyor and take responsibility for assisting with the procurement of multiple packages on a new build scheme. Your role will involve but not be limited to:

Reviewing programme of works.
Sending out tender documentation to subcontractors.
Analysis of subcotractor tender packages.
Subcontractor awards

About you:

Previous recent experience as a Assistant Project Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
Qualified in a related field to HNC or above standard.
Design & Build experience
