The company:

A multi-disciplined design & build main contractor specialising in delivering new build schemes in the residential and care sectors.

The role:

As the Assistant Project Surveyor you will be working under a Snr Quantity Surveyor and take responsibility for assisting with the procurement of multiple packages on a new build scheme. Your role will involve but not be limited to:

  • Reviewing programme of works.
  • Sending out tender documentation to subcontractors.
  • Analysis of subcotractor tender packages.
  • Subcontractor awards

About you:

  • Previous recent experience as a Assistant Project Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
  • Qualified in a related field to HNC or above standard.
  • Design & Build experience
