- Basic Salary:£25,000(Additional guaranteed earnings first 4 months)
- On Target Earnings:£35,000 - £40,000+ £3,000 Car Allowance
- Work Pattern:5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

- Conducting viewings on properties
- Marketings Properties for rental
- Canvassing and speculating for new market listings
- Valuation and advice on renting
- Instruction taking and property marketing
