Zachary Daniels is currently recruiting a highly skilled and motivated individual for the position of Store Manager at a well known fashion store located in Whitstable. As the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating an extraordinary shopping experience for our valued customers, while also motivating and empowering our team to provide exceptional customer service.

  • Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of dedicated individuals to achieve outstanding performance and exceed retail sales targets.
  • Your primary focus will be on creating an exceptional environment that not only delights our customers but also fosters a strong sense of community within the local area.
  • Collaborating closely with your team, you will actively contribute to the growth of the store by implementing effective sales strategies and consistently delivering exceptional customer service.

Experience and background:

  • Retail experience in either store management or senior management
