Operations Manager

Madisons Recruitment are looking for a Operations Manager on a permanent basis located in Wickford, Essex. 

Candidate must hold a Full UK Drivers License for this position

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the regional director and operation managers ensuring all the targets are met on time and within budget
• Operating existing projects and contracts 
• Day to day responsibility for the team members within the department 
• Attending sale meetings with clients providing clear communication 
• Carrying out risk assessments and site instructions 

Requirements

• PPE will be essential 
• Full UK Drivers License required
• At least 4 years experience in the horticultural industry 
• Ideally experience leading a team of people 
• SMSTS would be an advantage
