A global leader in industrial automation and instrumentation solutions, mainly to the Process, Oil & Gas, Chemical and Pharma industries, are looking for a QHSE Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

Info about what the role entails

Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Foster and uphold dynamic QHSE rapport with clientele and suppliers, promoting proactive engagement.
  • Navigate stakeholder dynamics to secure alignment for elevating European and Global business processes in QHSE.
  • Deliver insights on business process efficacy, QHSE escalations, and incident oversight.
  • Identify and scrutinize avenues for process enhancement.
  • Manage competency evaluations, training initiatives, and documentation for expansive projects.
  • Craft and execute novel standards, processes, and protocols or refine existing ones, leveraging adept change management tactics.
  • Influence stakeholders, foster consensus, and cultivate support for European/global business process enhancements.
  • Dispense QHSE counsel across organizational echelons and ensure prudent SHE integration in survey plans.
  • Prepare safety kits for site initiations and oversee incident documentation, encompassing near misses and accidents.
  • Journey to all sites to supervise and execute the duties as necessitated.
  • Contribute to project schematics by vetting and integrating pertinent SHE elements.

Requirements of the QHSE Advisor

  • Experience of applying CDM Regulations
  • NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent trained
  • Working experience in the QHSE-field work, ideally working with major contractors in the construction and instrumentation automation markets.
