Warehouse Supervisor

Jobstore UK is excited to be recruiting for a hands-on experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our clients well established operation in Widness working 09.00-18.00 Monday - Friday.

This is an exciting position where the right person will be joining an organisation who are driving improvements throughout the business to increase capability and improve service to their existing customer base of blue chip clients and also to deliver on commitments to new business growth.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following abilities;

Effectively manage the day to day running of the warehouse operations

Proactively deal with people management and staff performance, identifying improvements and ensuring a new approach to drive the team

Drive effective training across the warehouse team to ensure a well-rounded and efficient team

The ability to lead by example from the front at all times

Improve efficiency in processes throughout the distribution operation

Increase throughput of stock in line with new business targets, working closely with the company Supply Chain function

FLT Counterbalance licence essential
