The OpportunityAn excellent opportunity has arisen at a growing manufacturing company in the Wigan area, they are seeking a Financial Controller to join their team. Reporting into the Managing Director this individual will be responsible for 2 direct reports. This will be an opportunity to contribute at senior management level.The RoleYour main roles and responsibilities:- Manage and develop the Finance team of 2- Production of the monthly Management Accounts- Balance sheet reconciliations- Account Reconciliations. Actively contribute to the Management Team on company-wide challenges and issuesThe Person> Professionally Qualified Chartered Accountant ACCA / CIMA / ACA / QBE considered> Ability to work to strict reporting deadlines> Organised individual with a strategic commercial way of thinking> Exceptional communication skillsThe Package+ Competitive salary negotiable depending on experience+ Performance related bonus+ Additional benefits
