They are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join their dynamic team and oversee construction projects.Your new roleAs a Freelance Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of their residential projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that construction work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site personnel. Monitor project progress and maintain schedules to ensure timely completion. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers. Maintain accurate site records and documentation.What you'll need to succeedSMSTS / First Aid / CSCSProven experience as a Site Manager in the residential construction industry Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices. Excellent leadership and organisational skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and toolsRelevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or a related field.
