Your new companyYour New Company is a leading construction firm dedicated to delivering high-quality building solutions with a focus on sustainability and innovation. They specialise in educational infrastructure and are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a school extension project.Your new roleI am looking for a highly skilled and motivated Freelance Site Manager to join my clients team for an exciting school extension project, with a value of £750,000. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction sites, particularly within the education sector. You will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily site operations and manage all on-site activities.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.Manage project timelines and budgets.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.Maintain a high standard of site organisation and cleanliness.Ensure the project adheres to all relevant building codes and regulations.What you'll need to succeedSMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, Enhanced DBS would be a preference.
