Grant Store Limited are a fast-growing company specialising in all aspects of heating, electrical and insulation grants. We have a combined knowledge of over 50 years in the industry, that has enabled us to engage in direct contracts with multiple utility companies helping us to deliver energy saving measures under ECO & Social Housing schemes including void properties within the Northwest.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced ECO Scheduling coordinator to join our growing Scheduling department team. The role is based in our Head Office in Ince, Wigan and will be Full time Monday to Friday, our office hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for efficient scheduling of all installations in accordance with specific client contractual obligations and commitments
  • Liaise with all in-house and sub-contractor engineers to ensure that all installations are going according to plan and running smoothly
  • Speak with customers over the phone in order to schedule, remind and follow up on appointments
  • Contact our network of customers via telephone and/or email for all types of installations we complete
  • Liaise with all relevant departments regarding upcoming contract work and any queries they may have regarding this
  • Arrange any required return works for remedials which are required on recent installations
  • Add, cancel or make changes to appointments in the organisation's schedule
  • Resolve appointment conflicts for staff and customers or clients
  • Reporting any issues or changes into your team leader
  • Effective and efficient updating of internal CRM systems
  • Ensure all requirements for Grant related work are being met prior to installations being booked

What we are looking for:

  • Previous ECO Scheduling experience
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience of calling customers and converting leads into successful projects
  • Ability to be proactive and results driven
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Fully IT literate with experience in MS Office
  • Experience of managing calendars and booking appointments
  • Ability to learn and take on new challenges
  • Excellent time management and committed to getting the job done
