An established construction company with a strong pipeline of work is looking to add an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to their team. Working closely with a Commercial Manager, youll be involved in managing projects from pre-construction through to final account, gaining valuable hands-on experience along the way.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business known for high-quality refurbishments and fit-outs across commercial spaces, education settings, and hospitality venues. Projects typically range from £250k to £2m.
Youll be part of a collaborative team where your voice is heard, and your development is genuinely supported. Ideal for someone with a few years' experience whos ready to step up and take more responsibility.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting with cost planning, procurement, valuations, and variations
Working on multiple live projects alongside a dedicated commercial team
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and site teams to keep things on track
What were looking for:
A background in construction or fit-out projects
Strong communication and commercial awareness
Keen to learn and progress with a supportive business
Salary: £40,000£45,000 plus package depending on experience, this is a really lovely company working with some experienced peers where you will develop your career.
