- First point of contact for visitors, ensuring that the visitors book is completed correctly.
- Taking inbound calls via the online telephone system and re-directing callers to the relevant team/individual.
- Supporting the leadership team with foreign travel arrangements, ensuring that all spends have a relevant PO created and approved.
- Manage the flow of inbound and outbound post.
- Ensure the stationery cupboard is fully stocked and relevant PO's are raised.
- Support the meeting room and lunch bookings when required.
- Must have previous experience in a Receptionist role.
