About the Role
Are you a passionate and adaptable Supply Teacher looking to make a difference in SEN schools across Wigan? Key Responsibilities
? Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to students with diverse learning needs ? Adapt teaching methods to support students with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) ? Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment ? Collaborate with school staff to ensure student progress and well-being ? Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a supportive atmosphere
Requirements
? Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification ? Experience working with SEN students (preferred but not essential) ? Strong classroom management and adaptability skills ? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities ? A flexible and proactive approach to teaching
