- Good general education
Experience:
- Previously worked in administration role(s).
Knowledge:
- Understanding of office administration procedures.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in using the Internet, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Ability to construct databases in Excel or other suitable software packages.
- Excellent organisational skills, including document filing in both hard copy and electronic formats.
- Strong spoken and written English skills, as most assessments/audits will be conducted within the UK.
- Confident yet pleasant telephone manner.
- Capable of preparing and responding to internal and external correspondence through email, letter, and verbal methods.
