Pre Apprenticeship Lecturer

We are looking for an innovative, dedicated and enthusiastic member of staff to join our Pre Apprenticeships Team with the aim of assisting students to become independent learners who can learn the skills needed for the world of work. You will be required to lead on the creation, development, implementation and organisation of designated courses and programmes of study within the Pre-Apprenticeship department.

The post holder will support our learners through tutorials and delivery of lessons and support in sourcing work placements. The role will also involve planning lessons that include an understanding of wider skills topics and personal development. You will also offer pastoral support, advice and guidance to students, monitor attendance and wellbeing and liaise with parents and the Student Liaison Officer to ensure students achieve the best outcome from their programme of study.
