MIG Welder

Kelly Services are looking for a MIG Welder on a temp | temp to perm basis based in Wigston Magna, Leicestershire.£14.50 per hour. 8am - 4.30pm Monday to FridayMIG Welder Duties

• Perform MIG welding tasks according to specifications and drawings.
• Assemble and fabricate metal components using welding techniques.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure welds meet standards and specifications.
• Operate power tools and hand tools necessary for welding and fabrication.
• Read and interpret drawings, and welding symbols.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Experience required

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in MIG welding
• Proficient in welding techniques, including MIG and Sheet metal welding
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of metal fabrication processes
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, and welding symbols
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in welding and fabrication
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
