Working in partnership with a small family run business we are recruiting a reliable, hardworking Picker and Packer. This is a fantastic opportunity that offers responsibility and the chance to use your own initiative each day.

Must drive due to the location of the site.

Shift pattern / Working hours

5 days per week

35 to 40 hours per week

Picker and Packer positions will commence with immediate effect however, if you do have a notice period with a current employer, we will work around this. This is ongoing, long-term work and will lead to a permanent position after just 12 weeks for the right person.

Job description

Picker and Packers are responsible for picking and packing a variety of products

Arranging courier collections for deliveries

Using an in house system to log products that have been dispatched

Loading and unloading.

General warehouse duties.

General housekeeping duties.

The successful candidate:

Previous experience working as a Warehouse Operative or Picker and Packer is required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

Committed, team player with a keen eye for quality.

Reliable with good timekeeping.

Ability to work alone and use on initiative to plan your day
