  • Job Details: Our client in Willand is seeking a Finance Administrator with knowledge in credits, debits, ledger management, and reconciliation tasks. Responsibilities include processing orders, inputting invoices, and analyzing financial statements.

Job Details

With over 30 years experience, our client has built a strong reputation, based in Willand the are currently seeking to appoint a Finance Administator. They are looking for candidates that know their credits from debits, sales and purchase ledger, bank reconciliations, analysing credit card statements and PayPal reports, this is a great opportunity to build experience within a finance role.

Main responsibilities:
1. Processing of dispatched orders into sales invoices and updating of main ledgers.
2. Input Purchase Invoices
3. Assist with reconciliation of Supplier Statements
4. Data for Customer Reports and ad-hoc internal reports for the Management Team.
5. Input and analyse company credit card statements.
6. Reconciliation of company bank statements and PayPal reports.
7. Assist with accounting administration duties
8. Use email, phone and face to face conversations to effectively communicate with internal and external customers and suppliers.

Person specification- Knowledge, skills and experience required:

  • Essential
  • Previous general accountancy and administration experience
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Can do attitude and a willingness to learn


Desirable

  • Previous experience in a similar position in a similar distribution industry



Hybrid available if desired, once trained and settled in. 3 days office/up to 2 days home, and combines with an excellent benefits package.
