The Accounts Administrator will be responsible for managing financial transactions and assisting with accounts receivable and payable tasks. The role will involve entering data into the company's accounting system, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Experience

  • Prior experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including accounts receivable and payable
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software
  • Experience managing financial transactions and reconciling accounts
  • Ability to perform well in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
