This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable estate agency, for someone who has practice experience and is fully or part qualified in ACCA/CIMA.
Job duties include:
- Production of year-end accounts
- Financial reports - preparing and reviewing budgets
- Liasing with property managers
- Interpretation and reconciliation of new client data
- Year-end reconciliations
- Other ad hoc duties
Requirements:
- Part or fully qualified in ACCA/CIMA
- Practice experience - beneficial
