Storeman

PSR Solutions requires a storeman for a on going role in Wimborne for a residential developer.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the storage and distribution of construction materials on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, deliveries, and stock movements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Inspect incoming materials for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to order materials as needed.
• Safeguard materials from damage, theft, or deterioration.
• Implement safety protocols for handling hazardous materials.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical fitness to handle lifting and moving heavy materials.
• Familiarity with safety regulations related to material handling.
