Mploy Staffing Solutions Ltd is looking to source a full time & permanent Mortgage Administrator for a highly valued client near Wimborne & Poole, Dorset.

Still interested? In return for these excellent benefits our client is looking for a candidate who:

  • is an experienced Mortgage Administrator with whole of market or limited panel experience, don’t worry this isn’t a qualified role.
  • has good Microsoft Office skills and is system savvy.
  • is an excellent multitasker with capacity for a broad workload. Our client’s IFAs/Mortgage Consultants tend to support around 100 mortgage clients at any one time.
  • has an eye for detail and is highly accurate.
  • uses their initiative appropriately to problem solve and can manage their time effectively.
  • is a clear/efficient communicator.
  • is a team player that is willing to 'muck in’. You can expect to work collaboratively with a range of internal stakeholders and are always willing to put clients first.
  • will assist our client’s Independent Financial Advisors/Mortgage Consultants with key administration tasks. Expect key duties to include:
    • supporting a caseload of customer mortgage applications from application to completion.
    • managing/inputting data on internal software (IRESS/XPLAN).
    • submitting Decisions in Principles & customer cases to lenders.
    • assisting our client’s Mortgage Consultants as needed with tasks such as compliance/verification checks; file management etc.
    • managing customer communication and chasing lenders, customers, 3rd parties etc.
