SALES & LETTINGS VALUER – Financial Services
Location: Wimborne, BH21
Salary: OTE £50k +
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Are you a dynamic instruction Winning Estate Agent? Do you have experience in Residential Lettings an/or Sales. If you are a vibrant, charismatic individual with a great property background, we have a superb opportunity at an energetic Estate & Lettings Agency in the Wimborne area.
We are looking for a competent Sales & Lettings Valuer.
To be considered for this role you must have previous estate agency experience; a proven track record of achievement in a residential lettings and/or sales role and significant successful experience of valuations and listings.
The perfect candidate will be highly self-motivated, well-presented, well spoken, eloquent, engaging, charming and specifically, be capable of winning new business at the right price for the right fee.
You will also be innovative and capable of spotting new and valuable business opportunities.
Skills: The skills required for this Sales & Lettings Valuer role will include:
- Experience in residential lettings and / or sales
- Extensive Listing / Valuations experience
- Superior sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of Wimborne and surrounding area helpful
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
