My client is a reputable Social Housing provider in Hampshire that is currently seeking an Interim Service Charge Officer to join their team.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and calculating service charges for residential properties.
- Liaising with residents to address queries and concerns related to service charges.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting of service charge expenditure.
- Analysing complex data and ensuring that figures are accurately represented in customer communication and internal systems.

To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience working as a Service Charge Officer or in a similar role within the Social Housing sector; those without this experience but can demonstrate both customer service and financial analysis experience should also apply
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
