Client Services Administrator Full-Time/Fully Remote 24/27k (DOE)

As a Client Services Administrator, you'll be crucial in supporting the successful team to deliver their world-class client experience. We seek someone who excels with people, is highly organised, and enjoys team collaboration.

No two days will be the same at this company. Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for all incoming client calls
  • Assisting the team with various administrative tasks
  • Helping our advisory team with scheduling meetings
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Participating in interesting project work within the team
  • Learn and grow every day!

They provide training to help you acquire valuable new skills, with monthly progress meetings to support your development. You'll also have the chance to:

  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans for the company's growth.
  • Use cutting-edge technology to deliver an exceptional client experience.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise a changing workload.

Location and Working Hours

This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours around the core business hours of 10 am to 4 pm. There is no fixed start or end time each day. You'll be based in the UK, allowing you to join the teams for quarterly team days and social events.

Day-to-day, you can choose where you work. All you need is a laptop (provided by the company) and an internet connection... plus enough snacks to get you through the day! While you enjoy the freedom of remote working, they will ensure you never feel isolated. From the start, you'll feel connected to the amazing team through various online and in-person events designed to help you build relationships and get the support you need to thrive in your role.
