Job Description:


We, as the recruitment agency we are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join their sales team. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making warm calls to potential business customers using an automated dialer system. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with a variety of clients and promote joinery products in a B2B setting.

Key Responsibilities:


- Conduct outbound calls to potential business customers to promote and sell joinery products on behalf of our client.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade prospects and close deals
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from clients
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and update customer databases
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth

Qualifications:


- Previous experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Knowledge of joinery or construction industry (preferred but not required)
