While the majority of our clients’ events are live and online, you will also be heavily involved with the annual, in-person event.

Duties to include -

  • Owning the events calendar, making sure everything runs to perfection
  • Writing email comms to drive the right audience to events
  • Helping with venue selection, tech & AV, and logistics for the company in-person event
  • Setting up landing pages and registration forms, plus driving conversion to register for our events
  • Working with the team to write event synopses and choose topics
  • Working with the Content & Social Media Coordinator to maximise event assets
  • Tracking KPIs and analysing event marketing performance

The ideal candidate will have -

  • You will need to have web-based/online events experience.
  • Excellent communication skills - you will be confident talking to senior stakeholders and event partners, plus have excellent written communication skills.
  • Highly organised - a project management tech team will be organising the workload, there will be 40-50 events you will be involved with each year.
  • Good generalist marketing skills - you should be amazing at email communications, plus know about social assets and conversion rates.
  • Relevant agency insights or an agency background.
  • Relevant event experience, across both logistics and comms.

This is a 100% remote working role.

Hours - 08:30 - 17:30, flexible working (core hours 10:00 - 16:00).

Salary - £28,000 - £35,000, possibly more for the right candidate

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established, growing business, who looks after their employees and offers amazing support!
