??�? As a Process Operator, you will be an integral part of our client's manufacturing environment. Joining their fast-paced team, you will play a crucial role in manufacturing and packaging Dehydrated Culture Media products. This is a temporary role with the potential for permanent work, providing you with valuable experience and growth opportunities. �?
?? Start Date: 2024-05-20
? Working Hours: Full-Time, 40-hour week
?? Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts (alternating between 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00)
?? Hourly Rate: £14.23 - £14.41
�? Contract Length: 6 months, with possibility for more!
In this role, you will be working in the dosing area of CT Production, handling prepared antibiotic solutions and using automated machines and manual processes. ??????? Your responsibilities will include:
?? Setting up equipment, attaching/detaching pump rigs and tubing
?? Operating the Human/Machine Interface (HMI) to load programmes and adjust settings
?? Cleaning change parts using the dishwasher
?? Collecting dosed, dried cards for further processing and packaging
?? Collaborating closely with the preparation operator, engineering, and the wider team to ensure seamless operations, diagnose issues, and maintain safety and quality standards
?? Managing batch records using software such as SAP, Excel, Teams, PowerBI, MasterControl, and Emaint (training provided)
?? What we're looking for:
?? Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable, but not essential
?? Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately
?? Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
?? Proficiency in using various software tools
