Job Description

With growing demand for our software, the company has a vacancy for a bright Inbound Sales Rep. We are looking for a confident, outgoing, detail-orientated individual to assist our team with a range of work.

The role will be based at our office in Winchester. Taking ownership of tasks, managing your own time effectively and communicating with customers and colleagues is the key to being successful in this role.

• Answering customer phone calls and email tickets

• Answering phone calls and email queries from potential customers

• Customer on-boarding

• Follow up and support after on-boarding

• Preparing, sending and recording documentation

• Following processes to deliver impressive results

• Working with other team members to carry out tasks

The role is offered on a full-time basis.
