Are you a skilled Residential Property Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer ready to take the next step in your career? I'm recruiting on behalf of a well-established firm in Winchester that's growing its Property team and looking for someone confident managing a varied residential caseload.
What you'll be working on:?? Sales, purchases & refinances?? Leaseholds, shared ownership, HTB & lifetime ISAs?? Remortgages & transfers of equity?? Investment & probate sales?? Right to Buy transactions & unregistered land?? Declarations of trust, restrictions & more
What we're looking for:?? 2-3 years PQE?? Knowledge of CQS requirements?? SDLT & Building Safety Act understanding?? Strong client care & file management skills?? Team player with commercial awareness?? Someone who can confidently run files independently and contribute to business development
