Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Identifying and attracting top talent in the technology sector
- Conducting interviews and assessments to assess candidate suitability
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Providing consultative advice to clients on recruitment strategies
