We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef to join their 2AA rosette restaurant.

What's involved?As the Head Chef, you will work as part of a culinary team of 11. You will need to provide culinary excellence, ensuring that the expectations are met. Providing pro-active business-driven leadership to the Kitchen team, whilst assuming overall responsibility for their daily operational effectiveness. Drive a commitment to excellence in the service provided whilst achieving optimum profitability.
