Accounts Assistant
- Annual Salary: £30,000 - £32,000

- Job Type: Full-time (office based)
- Mon – Fri : 9am – 5pm

Day-to-day of the role:
- Ensuring invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner.
- Raising and issuing service charge and ground rent demands.
- Receipting leaseholder payments into the system.
- Performing bank reconciliations.
- Preparing year end service charge accounts packs.
- Dealing with arrears of service charge and ground rent appropriately.
- Dealing with Company Secretarial matters.
- Dealing with insurance renewals and payments.
- Preparing solicitors packs and dealing with solicitor enquiries.
- Dealing with queries raised by colleagues, clients and tenants efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrable strong accounting skills developed in an accounts role
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to manage time well and adhere to deadlines.
- High level of detail and accuracy.
- Friendly and approachable demeanour.
