We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Assistant. This role is based in the heart of Windsor, where we manage a growing portfolio of residential blocks. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Ensuring invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner.
  • Raising and issuing service charge and ground rent demands.
  • Receipting leaseholder payments into the system.
  • Performing bank reconciliations.
  • Preparing year end service charge accounts packs.
  • Dealing with arrears of service charge and ground rent appropriately.
  • Dealing with Company Secretarial matters.
  • Dealing with insurance renewals and payments.
  • Preparing solicitors packs and dealing with solicitor enquiries.
  • Dealing with queries raised by colleagues, clients and tenants efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable strong accounting skills developed in an accounts role
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage time well and adhere to deadlines.
  • High level of detail and accuracy.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanour.
