If you’re enthusiastic, organised, and eager to grow in the finance field, we’d love to hear from you!The Role:As an Accounts Assistant, you’ll support daily financial operations, manage invoices, assist with credit control, and help with monthly reports. This role offers excellent career growth and support for finance exams.Key Responsibilities:

  • Print, log, and process invoices on Sage.
  • Manage credit control and assist with monthly management reports.
  • Help with bank reconciliations and weekly payment runs.
  • Process expense claims, VAT checks, and supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Provide cover as needed and assist with internal process improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must have Sage AND Xero OR QuickBooks experience.
  • Strong communication skills and a personable, bubbly personality.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Must be a graduate with 2 years of work experience.
