We have an exciting opportunity for an experience Contracts Manager at a Tier 2 main contractor who specialise in creating bespoke work place solutions.
You will be managing commercial fit out projects within the value of 2M - 8M, spending part of the week on site and the rest in their office based in Windsor.
This opportunity is a permanent role and you will be reporting into Director level.
The ideal Contracts Manager should have:
- Design & Build experience is essential
- Strong client facing and financial experience
- Managing contractors on site and ensuring they meet deadlines and expectations
- Ideally 3 - 5 years experience working as a Contracts Manager
- Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 company
- Experience working on commercial fit outs valued from 2 m - 8m
