A creative healthcare agency based in Windsor is looking for an Account Director for its successful business. The role would be suitable for a SAM ready for their first AD role or a junior AD looking for a fresh challenge with the ability to handle clients professionally and tactfully, lead and manage all aspects involved in the delivery of client projects/programmes; manage and maximise revenue and profit from existing projects/programmes and help identify new business opportunities and take the lead on proposals and pitches.

  • Their primary focus is on building and maintaining relationships whether between doctor andpatient, prescriber and therapy area or agency and client. Their aim is to show how buildingrobust relationships is key to creating a successful brand, as well as delivering innovativetailor-made solutions for all our client needs.

The Role:

  • As an AD, you will own the client brand plans and strategies, overseeing the day to dayrunning of key client accounts, helping to shape agency responses to client briefs, andmanaging a team to traffic workflow through the agency and client review platforms.
  • You will be a motivated self-starter with the ability to inspire a team to exceed client expectationsand grow the business.
  • You will be naturally curious, with the ability to develop good working relationships and have aproven track record working in a creative communications and healthcare environment to deliverimpactful solutions right across the marketing mix at a local, international and global level.
