Role:

  • Perform onsite and remote implementation tasks such as consulting, configuration, installation, training and go live support
  • Consult with Project Management regarding operational considerations and configuration of systems to support customer requirements
  • Identify and manage project scope, provide solutions for issues resulting in project scope change
  • Gather site requirements, review and recommend operation design as it pertains to installation preparedness to Project Management
  • Work with Project Management and Integration Team to ensure all applicable interfaces and integration components are scheduled and tested
  • Own and complete all assigned projects such as customer training, configuration, hardware setup, and upgrades

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Ideally you'll have some experience in the hospitality industry
  • Commercial awareness
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • Excellent problem solving abilities
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
