Are you an experienced Senior Registered Nurse looking for a new opportunity? We have an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and motivated team at one of Britain's leading providers of independent healthcare.

This full-time, permanent role offers a salary of up to £38,000 per year. You'll be joining a healthcare provider recognised as one of the UK's top 5 best big companies to work for, and top 5 in the health and social care sector. Plus, you'll enjoy flexible shift patterns across 37.5 hours a week.

As a Senior Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring that standards of patient care are consistently maintained at all times in accordance with agreed operational policies and procedures.
  • Promoting and safeguarding the well-being and interests of all Patients, Employees and Consultants.
  • Deputising for the Sister/Charge Nurse and leading on clinical shifts when appropriate.

The ideal candidate for the Senior Registered Nurse role should have:

  • 18 months post registration experience.
  • Team management experience.
  • Evidence of relevant clinical professional development preferably evidenced by certification RN with valid NMC Registration.
  • Excellent clinical applied knowledge which is evidenced based and takes account of national best practice standards.
