Plumber needed for a response repairs local authority contract
Working directly for a housing group with a strong financial position and constant stream of work coming through. The team have a low turnover and have properties in the thousands.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out remedials and general repairs.
- Fault finding
- Minor repairs
- Ability to pick up other trades basic carpentry, tiling, decorating, patching
Requirements
- Good communication skills, excellent time keeping, a professional manner and excellent customer service
- Clean & tidy
- Basic Handtools
