Achieving for Children in Windsor are looking for Social Workers to join their fostering team.
This is a full time role which is 36 hours per week working across 5 days per week. Pay is dependant on experience based within specs of London Pledge.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Understand the role of the child and family and child development
- Promoting individual outcomes for children and foster carers
- Ensure Carers have access to adequate support, information and advice
- Ensure high quality care
- Good understanding of safeguarding children processes
- Understand factors that impact children including abuse and neglect
- Complex caseload experience desirable
The minimum requirements for this role are:
- Social Work England registration
- Social Work Qualification
