Collections Analyst - £27,000 to £35,000 + benefits - Winnersh, Berkshire - (Hybrid 3 days in office)
FryerMiles are delighted to be partnering with a global leading computer hardware company located in Winnersh, Berkshire. They're looking to recruit a Credit Analyst due to continued organisational growth.
The Collection Analyst will be responsible for credit, collections, and diligence upkeep.
The duties of the Collections Analyst include:
- AR Ledger account ownership and maintenance
- Send statements and chase customers for resolution
- Resolving queries by liaising with customers and colleagues
- Work with Cash Team for application of remittances when necessary
- Prepare daily order status reports and action accordingly
- Maintenance of diligence documents
- Confident usage of Microsoft Excel is essential as this will be used on a daily basis with functions such as V-Lookups and Pivot Tables
- Any Ad Hoc requests
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience as a credit controller.
- Preferably worked with Oracle or similar systems
- Good with Excel
- Good attitude
- Good communication skills
